  • CMP w/GFR

The comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP) is a frequently ordered panel of 14 tests that gives a healthcare provider important information about the current status of a person's metabolism, including the health of the kidneys and liver, electrolyte and acid/base balance as well as levels of blood glucose and blood proteins.

  • T3, Free

The determination of T3 is utilized in the diagnosis of T3-hyperthyroidism, the detection of early stages of hyperthyroidism and for indicating a diagnosis of thyrotoxicosis factitia.

  • Testosterone, Free & Total w/SHBG

Useful in assessing hirsutism and masculinization in women or testicular function in males.

  • Thyroid Peroxidase Abs

Useful in the diagnosis of thyroid diseases such as Addison’s Disease, autoimmune thyroiditis, endemic goiter, insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, Grave’s Disease, Hashimoto’s Disease, and polyendocrine auto-immunopathies.

  • TSH

TSH is high in primary hypothyroidism, and low in hyperthyroidism.

  • CRP, HS

Used to assess the risk of cardiovascular disease.

  • DHEA-Sulfate

DHEA-S is useful for the evaluation of androgen deficiency.

  • Hemoglobin A1C

HbA1c is used to monitor long-term glucose control in individuals with diabetes mellitus.

  • Vitamin B12

Pernicious anemia is a macrocytic anemia caused by Vitamin B12 deficiency that is due to lack of intrinsic factor.

  • Vitamin D, 25-OH, Total

This assay can be used to diagnose vitamin D deficiency, and to monitor patients taking vitamin D supplements.

  • PSA w/Reflex to Free PSA

Useful for monitoring recurrence and response to treatment in patients with a history of prostate cancer. Elevated levels have been reported in inflammatory conditions of the prostate, benign prostatic hypertrophy, and prostate cancer.

  • Estradiol (E2)

Useful for the evaluation of hypogonadism and oligomenorrhea in females. Also used for monitoring low-dose female hormone replacement therapy in postmenopausal women.

  • Vitamin D, 25-OH, Total

This assay can be used to diagnose vitamin D deficiency, and to monitor patients taking vitamin D supplements.

  • Progesterone

Levels increase sharply during the Luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. The level increases from 9 to 32 weeks of pregnancy.

  • Estradiol (E2)

Useful for the evaluation of hypogonadism and oligomenorrhea in females. Also used for monitoring low-dose female hormone replacement therapy in postmenopausal women.

  • FSH

FSH is useful in the differential diagnosis of gonadal and pituitary insufficiency.

Hormone extended testing for males and females

Male Extended Testing – Blood

  • СВС
  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
  • Hemoglobin A1C
  • Insulin, Fasting

Useful for monitoring insulin production in diabetes mellitus and hypoglycemia.

  • Homocysteine

Elevated levels of Homocysteine are observed in patients at risk for coronary heart disease and stroke.

  • Thyroid Peroxidase Abs
  • CRP

This test is used as an indicator of inflammatory status.

  • Thyroid Panel (Free T3, Free T4, TSH)

Thyroid function tests are used to check for thyroid problems. The tests measure the amount of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), thyroxine (T4), and triiodothyronine (T3) in your blood.

  • Reverse T3

An increased production of rT3 is often seen in patients with disorders such as chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), fibromyalgia, Wilson's Thyroid Syndrome and stress.
